The apartment was nice place for sightseeing in Aveiro, greatly enjoyed it. Magnificent location, just what we wanted next to the canals, a Spar supermarket, which stays open long hours and the town centre. Also, it was based right to the river side.

The people working here are friendly. Rooms are nice with all the basics required for a short, good views, as example. It has a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and refrigerators. The venue is housed in a very nicely decorated building.

The location of the apartments was absolutely ideal – right in the heart of the charming city. Within a 10-minute walk, there were countless great restaurants and bars, making it so easy to explore the local dining scene. Being close to a Spar supermarket was a big bonus, as we could easily shop for groceries and other traveler's needs. The apartments themselves were clean, modern, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions provided by email and the convenient parking inside the nearby shopping center added to the overall convenience of the stay.

I had an amazing stay at Avenida 60 Premium. The location was absolutely phenomenal - right in the heart of the city center. The apartments were beautiful from the outside and the layout was great. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed. The bedroom was super silent and the bed was comfortable. the modern and comfy design of the apartment was really impressive. I also loved the balcony overlooking the canal, it added a lovely touch to the experience.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The lack of an elevator was quite inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues or young children.
